Roni Delmonico

Roni Delmonico was born and raised in Southern California and now makes her home outside of Syracuse, New York.  Her inspiration comes primarily from places and people she loves ~ the ocean, her natural surroundings and the children who share her world and grace her heart.  Before her kids were born, she was a teacher but she has spent the last two decades at the most important position she has ever held ~ being a mom.  Two years ago, she picked up a camera and made an effort to create something beautiful with it.  It has been a humbling experience and one she is deeply thankful for.  She believes that it is the times she lays aside the tripod, the lighting equipment, and all the book learned knowledge, and just closes her eyes for one minute, so that she can truly see before she opens them again….. that the best images come.  It is her desire to use what talent she possesses, to honor the One who gave it to her, to live a life of thankfulness for that gift, every single day, and to make a gentle difference one picture and one word at a time.  You can find Roni on her blog and on Google+
