Rosettes on top. 54 Polyester, 46 nylon, 20 cotton. Machine washable. Lightweight and lined. Tabs on back to slide rod through. I have 7 that were used I have one brand new in package ( see other one in my selling page) they are in perfect condition and I washed the 7 one time. These panels are very pretty and different!
